Thanks for saving my Stormy Kromer hats! The two hats your company cleaned are made from fabric in colors that Stormy Kromer no longer uses and after 15 years of wearing them I’d never be able to get them cleaned and now they are! My only complaint about the cleaning is the scent that now permeates the hats, I assume it is from the cleaning solution, it is a nice smelling scent, but I find it very annoying and I won’t wear the hats until the smell has dissipated. Other then that, the hats are in fine condition and I appreciate your service!

The Stormy Kromer cap I sent to be cleaned belonged to my Grandpa and it was so soiled after years of wear. I almost threw the cap out. However, I discovered this cleaning service and sent the cap off with little hope that the cap could be cleaned. This project was a cleaning challenge for the company with the owner devoting personal attention to my cap. The cap arrived at my home yesterday and the results are unbelievable. I should have taken a before picture because my words cannot describe how grimy the cap was and now it looks like new. The cap is a wonderful keepsake that I will wear and work in just like my grandpa did. Thank you so much for offering such a great cleaning service.

My friend who is a veteran and hosts our family hunting adventures was given a stormy kromer hat for his birthday by my husband and his boys. This year, I discovered the hat had gotten wet and was very dirty. He can't remember the name of the hat and calls it "Stormin Norman". It's his favorite hat. My friend is also a veteran and takes vets to the hospital several time a week. He is always helping others. Since I live in the cities, I sent the hat in for cleaning.
I wrote a note to EClean and said my name is Stormin Norman and I belong to a veteran and would appreciate it if you could get me clean.
I received the hat back with a very nice note from the CEO Tim Kyser thanking my friend for his service. The hat is wonderful, he is excited to get it back.

I sent in two caps. The one in the photo was very dirty. Eclean went above and beyond to get it cleaned. It looks close to new. Much better than i expected. The second cap look like new. The only difference is the obvious wear on the inside. Other than that I would think it was new. The had to hold the caps longer than expected due to the extra care for the carhartt cap. They were in communication with me to explain the process the whole time. They ended up washing it 4 times to make sure it was up to their standards. And i am amazed at the results. Again much better than I expected. I would recommend eclean 10 times out of 10.
